By using ImageTools, you agree to these terms. ImageTools is a free set of tools that convert, resize, compress, crop, and view images entirely in your browser.

No warranty

ImageToolsis provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While the converter is built to decode images faithfully and to fail honestly when it cannot, we do not guarantee that every file will convert, or that an output is suitable for any particular purpose. Always keep your original files. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool.

Acceptable use

Use ImageTools only with images you own or have the right to convert. You are responsible for your own files and for complying with any laws that apply to them.

Trademarks and affiliation

ImageTools is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. or any other company named on this site. Apple, iPhone, iPad, and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. HEIC, HEIF, and HEVC are referenced only to describe file compatibility. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Open-source licenses

ImageTools uses the open-source library libheif, which is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 (LGPL-3.0), along with other MIT-licensed libraries (jsPDF, fflate, UTIF.js, and pako). The libraries, their versions, their licenses, and links to their source are listed on our About page.

Changes
